Hot Curved Glass:

Hot curved glass is made of float glass which is firstly heated to soften point on metal mould and then curved to shape by weight of glass itself and outside force, and finally cooled down.

Features of Hot curved glass: Safety, mechanical attack resistance performance and thermal stability, anti-wind pressure ability and deflection performance.

Double Curved Tempered Glass

Curved tempered glass is available for different shape, but also can meet the stress requirement which makes different building design possible.

Specification:

Thickness of glass: 5-25mm

Max. size: 2000x3000mm   Min. size; 200x300mm

Futures of Double Curved Tempered Glass: Good accuracy in arc, less light aberration.

Application: curtain wall with curved structure, skylight, sightseeing elevator, indoor glass partition with curve structure, glass enclose etc.


Single Curved Tempered Glass

Curved tempered glass is curved to shape by fast cooling down.

  1. Edging: bevel machine*2, irregular shaped glass machine*1, drilling machine*2, double edging grinding machine*2, straight-line edging machine*1 which are able to process any kinds of angles 0-90 degrees , and the available bevel width is 35mm.
  1. Tempered Glass Line:

            Tempering Line 1- NorthGlass convection furnace (flat&curved tempering)：

               Maximum size of flat tempered glass: 2440*5000mm

               Maximum size of flat tempered glass: Arc length 2500*Height 2440mm

              Minimum size：Arc length 400 *Height 300mm

            Thickness：4-25mm

            Tempering Line 2- convection furnace (multi-curved tempering)

  1. Insulated Glass Line: Molecular sieve filling machine, automatic spacer bending machine, butyl coating machine, manual sealant spreading machine.
